Whats this I hear about Dr. Quiano?

I've heard this rumor several times, but always overlooked them. I've never believed in rumors, yet wheres there a whiff, theres usually some truth to it. Sev. Good friends have asked me why his body has not reached the U.S. yet. "I don't know". They say they can't settle his business, trust's, etc until they have him back into the U.S.A. I was told that the authorities are looking into this matter also.

There could be fraud attached to this in some way. He did go to the Philipines to visit, and go to a funeral of a family member. The story is, there are huge insurance policies on both of them that if either get killed or die, they are set for life. And in the Philiphines it doesn't take much to live well. The USA requires a body, ashes, etc to get back into the states to prove it was death and for burial. Now I hear the authorities are into the reasoning he hasn't returned to the United States as of yet.

I do no in the past, hes had woman problems bad enough to get his license put off for periods of time just to show something is being done. Plus in his office room, he has to have IN SIGHT that he does have this problem and have a nurse available in the room with a woman patient. So maybe he could be on the verge of another of these problems again. I pray not. He treated me with so much kindness and respedt and this kowledge he has should be routed in a correct way with help to curb this kind of appetite.

But again, we have Ms Humbleweed in terrible pain about how a seemingly sincere man made her feel dirty that believe me will take years to over come. What is the answer to men without any self control?? If anyone has info on this rediculous info on Dr. Quiano, please write back to us so we can squash thin this info, before it goes further. Not much if he's definately dead, is there?Joy
